Brad is an Eastern Washington native with over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. His career started as a U.S. Navy FMF Corpsman where he was awarded Meritorious Mast and was an All-Navy Soccer Candidate. Following the military, he excelled in sales for several top spine companies before starting his own medical device distributorship, In Motion Surgical NW. Throughout his career, Brad has worked to build a very strong, long term relationship pipeline in his territory. Brad is an insightful, experienced, and highly competitive medical device professional who thrives on forming relationships. His sole mission is helping surgeons and their surgical teams in their drive for surgical excellence.

With a solid academic foundation, holding a B.S. in Biology (Pre-Med) and Minors in Chemistry and Psychology from Eastern Washington University, Samantha has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology. Before transitioning to sales administration, she worked as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist, further honing the hands-on skills and clinical knowledge that inform her current role. Her attention to detail, ability to navigate complex workflows, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service have made her an indispensable part of the team.
